Rob Partridge
Managing Director
I created Synergi Finance in 2015. My vision was to disrupt the finance sector in a positive way by bringing service, knowledge, and value to the heart of our strategy.
I created Synergi in a way that makes it a partner for our customers and vendors. Our relationship is symbiotic. Only when your company succeeds, do we succeed as well.
Away from the challenges of running a business, I love spending time with my family. I will often be away, travelling to foreign lands and ferreting through dusty antique shops.
Although, when I’m feeling a bit less adventurous, I enjoy playing and watching a little football. I also find nothing better than putting the world to rights over a couple of pints.

Chantelle Chambers
Business Development Manager
My role falls into the direct division of Synergi. It’s therefore my job to look after businesses who have growth plans and need to acquire funding to achieve them.
I joined Synergi after beginning my career as a marketer in the food industry. I then decided to take on sales because I wanted to learn more about the commercial world.
And since becoming a broker, I’ve gained lots of experience by funding projects in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Medical equipment has become my speciality.
Outside of the office, I love being active and improving my fitness. I enjoy running and walking my dog. His name is Oliver and he’s a Pug-Zu (a Pug crossed with a Shih Tzu).

Jack Copeland
Marketing Executive
Before I joined Synergi Finance, I was an editor for an online construction magazine. However, I chose to pursue a role in marketing because I wanted to broaden my skillset.
Whilst I mainly promote Synergi, I also support our vendors by helping them to market a finance payment option. That way, both parties will benefit from increased opportunities.
When I’m not changing the company website or sending out our emails, I enjoy surfing, boxing, and yoga. Although I don’t go surfing anywhere near as much as I would like to.
I also love my food (arguably way too much) and find that a pub-quiz is the best way to spend an evening. And last of all, I have two Springer Spaniels called Buddy and Paddy.

Stevie Moss
Business Support Executive
My experience in the finance industry began with mortgages and pensions. However, I wanted to expand my knowledge by getting involved with different finance products.
I therefore joined Synergi in pursuit of a role where I could gain this knowledge. We can set up a range of different facilities. And we work with companies in a variety of sectors.
As a Business Support Executive, it is my responsibility to manage the finance desk. I am tasked with organising the transactions between our customers, vendors, and lenders.
Away from the responsibilities of work, I enjoy socialising at my local pub and exercising at the gym. I also have two Chihuahuas called Bella and Bonnie, who I love to pieces.

Sam Clark
Business Development Manager
I originally worked in business administration, but then decided to take on the challenge of sales. Over the course of my career, I have consistently taken on new responsibilities.
But nowadays, I work for the direct division of Synergi. Here, I support customers with hassle-free finance solutions, which help your business ideas reach their full fruition.
Whenever I have a moment of spare time, I enjoy building computers, experimenting in the kitchen, and pottering around the garden. If you know me, you know I’m a big foodie.
I love having a project where there’s an opportunity for me to learn something new. I also enjoy bottle of wine (or three). And I have an adorable Cocker Spaniel called Mia.

Matt Johnson
Sales Account Manager
My position fits into the vendor division of Synergi. I therefore spend my time speaking to the sellers of B2B solutions, assisting them with converting opportunities into sales.
Before Synergi, I spent eight years working in the property sector, dealing with landlords and tenants. The opportunity to move into the B2B world presented an exciting change.
In my current role, I talk to businesspeople in a variety of different industries. I can then support these individuals with arranging creative payment options for their customers.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I have two children (both girls). And on top of that, I enjoy playing and watching football. I also cook a mean barbeque.

What is our mission?
The mission of Synergi Finance is to support businesses that want to reach their full potential. Our purpose is to help companies manage their money (and their cash flow) as efficiently as possible.
We understand that not every company is run by a businessperson. After all, owners are normally experts within their chosen industry. They know everything there is to know about their products.
Because of this, not every company is managing its capital as effectively as it can. The business plan might be good. But without a knowledge of cash flow, the rate at which a company can grow is limited.
We support these businesses in two ways: by arranging finance for them, and by arranging finance for their customers. These methods allow a company to gain a healthy cash flow and increase their sales.
Once a business has a healthy cash flow, and is achieving consistently high sales figures, it can begin to invest in its people. A company can go about this by training its existing staff and recruiting new ones.
What is our vision?
The vision of Synergi Finance is to bring the commercial finance industry into the twenty-first century. And we want to achieve this through technological innovation.
We’ve found that many customers of commercial finance brokerages have been dissatisfied with outdated communication methods and a long turnaround time.
To solve these problems we decided to create our own platform. Somewhere that our customers can create bespoke finance quotations and get responses from us quickly.
We decided to create the Synergi Partner Portal. This allows you to build finance quotes, credit appraise customers, convert quotes into deals, and get paid quickly.
Our customers will never experience a delayed process from their broker. They’ll never have to tolerate ‘old school finance’. And they’ll always be able to contact us.
What are our values?
The values of Synergi Finance are echoed in our company mantra: “Service, Knowledge, Value”. And each of these values are upheld throughout each division of the business.
Underpinning our values is a desire to be different from the rest of the finance world. We don’t see our customers as opportunities. Instead, we see them as our business partners.
It’s important to us that our customers and our vendors achieve their company goals. So, we created a process of brokering finance where our success is directly linked to yours.
We prioritise the trust of the people we work with. And because of this, our partners can be certain that their account manager will have their interests at the front of their mind.
Service
Service is the first pillar of our mantra. And it’s the first of our three values. We feel that ‘service’ is something which many businesses fail to appreciate.
And this (in a selfish way) can be seen as a good thing. This is because a company which masters exceptional service will stand out from the crowd.
It costs nothing to provide good customer service, and yet the benefits are immeasurable. At Synergi, this is something we strive to offer our customers.
Knowledge
Knowledge is the second pillar of our mantra. And it is also the second of our three values. This is because knowledge is imperative for a finance broker.
We believe in the notion of substance over style. This is vital for building a strong and trusting relationship with our customers and our vendors.
We make sure that we have an in-depth knowledge of a range of finance products. That way, we can broker finance to almost any business.
Value
Value is the third and final pillar of Synergi’s business mantra. And what’s more, it is undoubtedly the most important of all of our company values.
